A team of creative Prep School children was selected to compete in the finals of a national ideas competition.
The four children from Year 6 travelled to the IBM offices in London to take part in the United Ideas Final of 7 Billion Ideas. They had to produce a 60-second film showing their poster and prototype and explaining why their idea will change the world.
Julia, Will, Samuel and Laura named their project 'Pen and Pencil in One' and were selected for the nationals after competing in the school competition where they gave a three minute presentation to their year group. Their idea was aimed at "saving space in your pencil case".
In London, the team had to set up their stall and prepare for interviews from the team of judges - Dragons' Den style.
